 Carleo is a professional garage equipment manufacture, especially in car lift, jacks, body repair bench, brake tester and side slip tester. In 2005, the new Carleo was reorganized by the founder of Chiarng-Lurn Group, Mr. Chen, but concentrate in manufacturing high level garage equipment.
The new Carleo have the possession of manufacture experience over than 30 years and equipped with the latest manufacturing process in the two manufacture base, Taichung branch and Dadu branch. To guarantee the quality and efficiency management, we insist all the parts have to be made in Taiwan. That includes design, material purchasing, manufacturing process, hydraulic power packs, hydraulic cylinder, painting , quality/load testing. Our local content rate is higher than 80%. All products are shipping from Taiwan directly. Whole the manufacturing process is under a very serious control inside our manufacturing base.
With the modern manufacture technology and decades of industry experience, the manufacturing process of CARLEO was decided to be efficiency and reliable. We have automatic welding line, CNC Machine center , sand boots, painting booth and loading test equipment. To offer the high quality garage equipment, all the product was 100% inspected before shipping.
Carleo have over than 70% local market share in Taiwan and certified ISO-9001 quality management system. Furthermore, for the product safety, we also awared the CE certification which is provided by the TÜV Rheinland group. |
